1. The steel frame of the kiln body adopts module assembly structure, and each module is connected by bolts.
2. The inner and outer surfaces of all kiln steel structures are coated with anti-rust paint; the insulation material must be able to resist corrosion.
3. The detailed insulation plan must be provided in the document and the installation drawing of the insulation material of the catalyst kiln.
4. There are a total of 11 gas outlets in the kiln. The bidder provides a 4-20mA pressure transmitter to control the amount of exhaust gas.
5. The conveyor belt of the kiln discharge table is equipped with a driving device, and the running speed can be adjusted.
6. Relatively detailed design plan drawings are required, and the drawings rarely include process flow diagrams, cross-sectional diagrams, longitudinal section diagrams, and electric heating element distribution diagrams.
7. The overall technical design idea of the catalyst kiln is in accordance with the relevant technical reference materials, but it can also be adjusted reasonably according to the specific situation and explain the reasons for the adjustment.
8. Specify specific specifications and materials for the steel. If channel steel is used, it should be lower than 10 #. A kiln installation, operation and maintenance program must also be provided.

We must standardize the operation of kilns, just casually, so the use of kilns is becoming more and more strict for our technical requirements.
